Heavenly Father,
As I go through this day, help me not to let my heart and mind be filled with anxiety and worry. Remind me that everything I am concerned about is in Your hands, and guide me to entrust it all to You. Instead of worrying about tomorrow, help me to live faithfully within Your will today, experiencing the grace and peace You have given me.
Even in the face of difficulties and uncertain circumstances, help me to trust in Your good and perfect plans for my life. May I follow Your guidance in every moment, replacing fear and worry with the peace that comes from You. Teach me to be thankful for today and not to be preoccupied with the concerns of tomorrow.
I ask for Your wisdom and guidance to resolve the worries in my heart according to Your will. Instead of fearing the future, let me hold on to the peace and joy You provide in this moment, living in obedience to Your will. May Your grace and love overflow in my life, and may my worries about tomorrow not hinder the blessings of today.
I surrender everything to You, Lord, and ask that my heart and mind find complete peace and stability within Your will. Help me to trust that every moment of my life is in Your hands and to live each day without worry, resting in that assurance.

The world is becoming increasingly busier. As soon as we open our eyes in the morning, we check our smartphones and hurriedly prepare for the day ahead. In the midst of our daily routines, our bodies and minds are constantly in motion, and our thoughts are filled with countless concerns, leaving little room to rest. Yet, in such a life, what we often neglect the most is our Quiet Time with God.
Quiet Time is not merely a moment to pause and rest, but a time to deeply commune with God and renew our souls. When we intentionally set aside time each day to be with God, that time becomes a source of power that transforms our lives.
